For about three months now, I've noticed that I'm having trouble reading texts and words, and it's very tiring. They seem blurry, or as if both eyes don't see the same thing. I've been thinking that maybe I need glasses, but the distance is completely irrelevant to this problem. Does anyone have any idea what this could be, or whether I really need glasses?

More than speculation is not possible, but it does not really help you. My advice is, go to an optics shop and let your eyes be measured, then you know best if you’re helped with a glasses or the optician sends you to the ophthalmologist.
