Probleme auf der Arbeit, aufgrund von Krankheit?
Ich habe sehr stark Neurodermitis und renne schon von Arzt zu Arzt, bin mittlerweile seit kurzem auch in einer langfristigen Behandlung mit Medikamenten. Leider geht es mir seit ca 2 Monaten immer schlechter. Nichts hilft, ich kann kaum schlafen, mich nicht konzentrieren, habe sogar 3 Wochen am Stück wegen den Ausschlägen die Wohnung gar nicht verlassen.
Ich arbeite im Home Office, deshalb versuche ich immer, durchzuziehen und mich nicht krankzumelden. Meine Kollegen und Vorgesetzte sind darüber informiert, dass ich mein bestes gebe, aber länger für alles brauche.
Eine Kollegin meckert aber trotzdem immer rum, wegen jedem kleinem Fehler, jedem verschobenen Meeting.
Jetzt habe ich Angst, dass sie sich bei unserer Chefin beschwert und ich ins Büro muss, anstatt im HO zu bleiben. Dann kann es aber sein, dass ich mich krankmelden muss, weil ich aufgrund der Ausschläge momentan kaum lange Kleidung ertrage.
Was soll ich tun? Ich will ja niemanden belasten, aber es ist doch besser, als wenn ich mich einfach krankmelde oder?

Your illness is all about you. Neurodermitis is not better if you do not mentally understand how your colleagues are dealing with.
You should apply for a severely disabled card.
First of all: 4-eye talk with the superiors that the colleague’s Gemotze additionally psychologically strains you.
Then: Reha (Court) apply for improvement of employability in pension insurance! The imprints for this can be downloaded online…you will need the findings of the last 24 months.
The RV has specialist clinics for such symptom complexes and will grant you medical rehabilitation and from the specialist clinic you will get the appointment when you want to get in touch. Such a rehab lasts at least 3 weeks, if necessary the cure is extended up to 6 weeks. As you are entitled to wage advancement, your wage will continue in time.
In the Reha you will develop a therapy concept that suits you, if necessary an adapted diet, possibly. Change of clothing (substances!) or detergent. Important and targeted is always psychic care on such a rehab!
In short, They rebuild you completely, and in the ideal case you will come back to work without all too great impairments. Let the rehab advise you on whether the application for a disability would be useful…they have been sitting there professionals.
You will not get a serious disability, but a lower GdB will also allow you to apply for equality (in the employment office). This would make you (almost) inconvenient for your company. This will help you mentally.
