Problem with Steam account?

I logged into my steam account today and saw this:

However, I cannot change my password because it keeps telling me that my Captcha failed.

Apparently I can't play CS:GO either because, according to Steam, the game doesn't belong to me. Can someone help me? It's very important.

Your questions make it clear that you have violated several ToS from Steam/Valve.
Among other things, account sharing and cheats in games.

The account is probably excluded from CS:GO.

Your entire account is excluded from all community functions as it looks.

You added it three days later.

So no, I can’t have read a supplement that did not exist at the time of my answer.

But that’s what your problem has done anyway.
The account is lost.

Then the captcha is reversed, please do CORREKT again.

If this method does not work, try using the browser instead of the STEAM client: Steam support (steampowered.com)
