Problem with sex?

Hi guys

When I have sex with my girlfriend, I always use a condom to be on the safe side. I'm just having trouble with it. I pull back my foreskin and put the condom on, but then the condom sticks to the head of the penis, and when the foreskin moves back and forth, it's no longer as smooth. It no longer sits flat against the penis.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Am I using the wrong condom? I have a circumference of 12 cm, so I bought a 56 mm condom.

Please help me I need advice

56 is rather too large

It is useful to pull back the foreskin before the condom rolls. If you have such problems with it, try it without pulling back before
