For the past few days I've been hearing a noise like a "tudum" or something while watching Netflix. Does anyone know what that is?

It can only come at the beginning of the film with the presentation.
if there is more often a mistake during the film. Maybe the internet is disconnected or something?🤔 then Netflix thinks short film must restart.
