Problem with iPhone 15, no network outside the house?
Since I installed my new 5G SIM card on my iPhone 15 a few weeks ago, I can no longer receive any network as soon as I leave my Wi-Fi range, neither LTE nor G5 as originally described. I asked the customer service, and they told me I should switch the phone to G2 or G4. Can someone explain the steps? The service isn't responding, and Google doesn't seem to have any idea how to do this. So, my question is, is there a user here who knows the problem and has solved it? many thanks! I was able to work with a service employee yesterday and he could finally help me. There was probably a faulty transmission after inserting my new SIM card, so that no connection could be established between transmission mast and my mobile phone. I had to reset my phone, (net reset intentional only) and then turn off and restart and already everything was i.O.
Wipe from the top right to the bottom: then the top left of the send mast symbol must light green. After that go to settings, and call mobile data.
