Problem with MagentaZuhause XL?
I don't know if anyone can help me here but I have a problem with the streaming contract I made with Telekom
The contract includes a WiFi router, two receivers, a repeater and access to various streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Megathek, etc.
My problem here is that I still can't access these streaming platforms when I open them via the receiver. I still have to create an account. But I thought the services were available to me for free? After all, it was the Megastream Pack. Now apparently I still have to set up my own account, from which money is deducted monthly? Or do I have to set something else up and I've missed it?

What exactly do you want to use? And where exactly are the problems? You should also have received some mail when switching the rate, where you need to log in to Netflix, Disney+ or RTL+, for example. However, this must be done via the link we sent to you by e-mail. You’re gonna put an account on, but the bill’s on Deutsche Telekom.

We had bought the MagentaZuhause XL-MagentaTV Mega Stream. This is what you would have access to Megathek, RTL+, Disney+ and Netflix. (I repeat to the overview for you)
I have already looked at the mails with me, but it has only come from Telekom Mails to which I have kept up to date on the technician (Yesterday he also came and has everything connected to me). What about Disney+ or Netflix I didn’t see.
(among other things, I was also promised to have free access to series like Game Of Thrones or The Last Of US, but I apparently have to buy it)
