Problem with MagentaZuhause XL?

I don't know if anyone can help me here but I have a problem with the streaming contract I made with Telekom

The contract includes a WiFi router, two receivers, a repeater and access to various streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Megathek, etc.

My problem here is that I still can't access these streaming platforms when I open them via the receiver. I still have to create an account. But I thought the services were available to me for free? After all, it was the Megastream Pack. Now apparently I still have to set up my own account, from which money is deducted monthly? Or do I have to set something else up and I've missed it?

Hello, I’d like to help.

What exactly do you want to use? And where exactly are the problems? You should also have received some mail when switching the rate, where you need to log in to Netflix, Disney+ or RTL+, for example. However, this must be done via the link we sent to you by e-mail. You’re gonna put an account on, but the bill’s on Deutsche Telekom.

Do you understand what I mean? If you don’t, I’ll continue to help you.

This is indeed very strange, actually they should have received emails. Then you can register and use the services. I suggest you give me your information about our Form sendest, then I will just look for you and, if necessary, send the links again.
