Problem with internal SSD?

Hello everyone,

I purchased the Crucial P3 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen3 NVMe SSD and installed it on my ASRock B450M Pro4 motherboard (BIOS version 1.90). Installation went smoothly.

However, I'm now having the problem that the PC freezes on the motherboard screen when booting. I can't access the BIOS or the boot manager.

I suspect the SSD is defective and plan to return it. Nevertheless, I wanted to ask here if anyone has any ideas as to what might be causing this or how I could resolve the issue.

Thank you very much for your help!

Backup data, remove existing SSD and install to the new Windows.

That should work. the Windows Stick recognizes the new SSD.
