Problem mit HWS – Welcher Arzt?
Mir wurde gesagt dass mich der Hausarzt an jemanden überweisen sollte, allerdings geht dieser schon länger nicht ans Telefon.
Kann ich mich auch einfach direkt an einen anderen Arzt wenden? Oder brauche ich eine überweisung?
Problem: Schon seit Jahren bestehendes Knacken im Nacken, gefolgt von Kopfschmerzen und Übelkeit
Google hilft mir auch nicht weiter, von einer normalen Verspannung gehe ich auch nicht aus. Sämtliche Übungen haben nichts gebracht, das ist jetzt schon seit ungefär 4 Jahren so.

You can either make an appointment with a neurologist or an orthopedic, both doctors can help Sir.
You don’t have to have a family doctor’s bank transfer, most of the doctors like to write a bank transfer so that they get a report from the doctors where they gave you.
In our area it is quite normal that the doctors
send a report to the family doctor – without distinction
with or without transfer !
Many do not do this, and if I ask my family doctor whether the report has arrived, he often denies it.

Please do not forget to apply to the cause/feeling,
because the best therapy does not help in the long term as the cause
on.
When and what attitude do you have most problems?
Do you have any Morning pain?
What pillow are you sleeping with?
Are you eyewear and sits a lot on the PC

Physiotherapy can be prescribed by the doctor. Chirotherapy is special for the neck and is offered by doctors . Other methods are Dorn – Breuss , Osteopathy and possibly also Chiropraktik .
