Private transport of other people’s horses?

I have a few questions about my project,

I'd like to transport horses, but don't want to register a separate business for it. I only charge for the car, trailer, and fuel. Is that even possible, given that it would cost over €410 a month, but I'm not declaring any profit. Do I absolutely need insurance?

Thank you

No, it’s not that easy.

On the one hand, you are making profits that must be taxed and for the commercial transport of “spirits” either the training belongs to the forwarding merchant/woman or you need the EU license (examination at the IHK) as well as the insurance according to GüKG.

This applies, by the way, to all transports over 3.5 to be made against cash.

If you don’t, and the BAG’s gonna pull you out, you can expect you to have the Industrial Inspectorate in the building soon. If the transport papers do not fit, or if there are inconveniences in your duty to prove, the customs come spontaneously to visit…. no human being needs.

either training as a forwarding businessman/woman or you need the EU licence

Almost right: In order to get an EU license, you must either be a trained Spediton merchant or take a certificate examination at the IHK.

But without a license, you can’t just transport something as a learned spedi.

I wrote above;-)

By the way, I’ve filed a rare test to get the EU license. I’m aware of all this, but I don’t know if it comes to the questioner.

Then welcome to the circle of lanced 😃 answerers

I don’t know if that’s what the questioner does.

I wouldn’t be so sure. The FS had certainly hoped for another answer

Yeah, that’s a business. This includes business registration and a corresponding insurance.

In the case of the win, you can quickly see a winner’s intention. If you earn 400 or 4000, don’t matter. The intention is here.

against the extra quality that you need to be able to transport strangers to large animals, the risk certificate is a sweat in the claim.

That’s right, that’s what’s going on.

Animal welfare transport regulations, as you drive from an economic point of view, you need a certificate of competence, at the latest if you drive over 65 km.

As soon as you have a profit plan, you need to get all permits before the first trip and, of course, register business.

is completely forbidden.

to transport horses, you need a special permit. they only have special training.

learned professional driver plus learned animal profession or special qualification.

and even if you need “only” with the car you need a device for the driver card, a driver card, a license for special transports etc.

It’s not private. This is business.

If you do the whole business, it’s a business.

If you do this only 1-2x at the cost price, it is an order according to § 662 BGB.

As soon as you transport foreign horses gg money it is commercial.

There is no lower limit or upper limit to cast something black without trade.

You can make 17500€ per year with a small business. However, this does not exclude from the requirements of StVO, BAG and not from the trade registration.

You must have read in a fairy tale book. Commercial law does not know any allowances. Companies that make a loss must also be registered.

My insurance also doesn’t play with such things, even if they don’t pay.

Good business, and get your broker in, not that it goes into your pants.

And what do you mean if you don’t deserve it?

You’ll need some kind of recovery.

And you’ll need the business alone if something happens

This would be an independent activity for which you would also have to register a business. Apart from that, you can’t get insurance coverage without a commercial certificate. And who would trust your horse?

What if you have an accident and the horses are hurt or even killed? You want to stick to that?
