Printer doesn't work, is it broken?

Hi,

Our printer hasn't been working since today. When we plug it into the power outlet, the display and buttons light up briefly, and half a second later everything goes dark again.

Does anyone have any idea what we can do or is the printer broken?

I don’t know if I can, but I’m worth a try.

Would be a printer set.

If you get a new printer, I would recommend an Eco Tank. There no ink cartridges come in, but there are fixed large-sized ink tanks where you fill the ink with bottles. Thus, up to 90% lower ink costs are used than with a printer of the cartridges.

For example, this: SECTION 3

It can be connected via USB and also WLAN. The ink level is displayed on the device via viewing window. If the ink level of a color has come to the lowest mark, you should refill it. There are no chips that count the pages.

It could be the power supply or the cable itself. But would first replace the cable before I exchange the power supply.

If the printer has an external power supply – guess this is the power supply.
