Print on demand, what should I declare for consumer protection?

I received a letter from the district with the title "Notification of a company that manufactures, treats, packages, uses, or places on the market consumer goods intended for food contact or other consumer goods and other products."

Now I'm wondering whether I have to fill out the form or not. I only create the designs, while another company creates the products.
printed and sent to customers.
Should I still check which products will be printed by the other company? Shouldn't this already be done, or would I still have to do it myself?

Are your customers who purchase products including the design? Then you put the products on the market, even if a third-party company takes the pressure and shipping for you. It’s just a job production for your products!

Now I wonder if I have to fill out the form or not.

Of course. Why else did you get it? The authority will get the relevant information from you.
