Good morning
My parents used to have two different phone numbers: one for themselves and one for my grandpa. Now, after everything was converted to fiber optics, only one number works, but it works on both phones, and my grandpa's number no longer works at all. How can I repeat the number? And if I can't repeat it, how can I add a second number just for my grandpa's phone?

It was probably not ordered during the switchover; more than one number on the connection usually costs extra. Talk to your new provider ASAP about how to transfer the other number to the new connection.

It tends to be easier to have more than two phone numbers via fiber optic.
You probably just need to reset it!
