Preserve smoothie?
Hello everyone,
I'd like to drink a smoothie every day. The problem is, I only want a small one, like a 1/2 quart smoothie. But that would mean I'd have to use a blender or Thermomix or something similar every morning, and I'd always have to throw away whatever sticks.
Therefore, I would like to prepare a large smoothie once a week and then fill it into 7 small bottles, which I then preserve accordingly.
As I understand it, there are four possible approaches:
– Heat, rather impractical because of vitamins.
– Acid is already in there anyway.
– Reduce oxygen, how? With nitrogen?
– Preservatives, I would be happy with them if necessary, I just have no idea which ones and how much.
Does anyone have experience with this? Perhaps there's a food technologist among you?
thanks in advance

The easiest thing would be to freeze the vials and then put them in the refrigerator in the evening before the freezer so they can dry up slowly overnight.
I meanwhile left on potassium sorbate. It’s great.
Hmm, in my opinion, should not be preservatives in a healthy mootie and then choose a fabric according to Wikiin laboratory testsgenotoxicEffects on HumanlymphocytesI can find you questionable
