Practical dessert for a barbecue party?

Hello, we're having a small barbecue at my teacher's house to mark the end of school. There are 20 students, the teacher, and maybe her husband. We're supposed to bring salads and desserts. We'll be grilling hamburgers there. Since there are already some salads, I wanted to make dessert.

Do you have any good ideas for so many people? Should I just bake something small (although I think someone else is already making a cake) or a dessert like tiramisu? That might be difficult to eat, though…

Thanks in advance for the inspiration

Either muffins (sweet or hearty), a pancake or something like mousse au chocolat in a large bowl.

Quark food (square, cream, sugar and/or baiser pieces, TK raspberries and possibly a few fresh as decoration on top of it) is also good, as you can make it a great bowl.

Or just a fruit salad, just a little lemon juice over it and do not forget to stir well so it doesn’t get so brown.

Tiramisu for so many is rather difficult because it is flat-stored and therefore not so much quantity comes out. Or you make several layers on top of each other, then you just have to be careful that the cream is solid enough, otherwise there is a traveling mud because the spoon biscuits float up. It’s just that good, it’s not that nice anymore. But would be a nice tasty solution right now in the summer, just with a few fresh strawberries with in it (cutting, draining, as additional moisture) and, for example, then instead of espresso take over the spoon biscuits cocoa, which fits well with the strawberries and is less “heavy”.

Otherwise, mini bug rolls would also be an alternative. Simply complete pastry with cinnamon sugar butter mix, roll, cut, bake, finished.

This is perhaps difficult to eat…

Simply talk to the teacher if she has enough small bowl plus possibly deep plates and small lobes for desserts or just to bring one.

With us it was usual to bring cutlery, plates and glasses to the teachers in so many people themselves, as a bowl also makes no difference. You just have to tell people to think about it and a spoon.

Could you bring marshmellows, butter biscuits and chocolate?

Muffins are very popular in school classes I heard :). They’re done fast and they’re always going.

I would have thought of Tiramisu for so many people. Otherwise you can also make cupcakes for example or muffins.

God food can be filled directly hot in all possible washed jam jars and the like, for a class celebration I would possibly choose the vegan variant.

Only the question if you had enough spoons then would still be to settle.
