Failed the practical exam, is that bad?
Hello everyone, I'm 18 and failed my driving test for the second time last week. The first time, it was my own fault and I admit it (I hit the curb while making way for oncoming traffic), but this time I failed for a minimal speeding violation (5-6 km/h). I just don't want to continue. I hate this test so much and have absolutely no motivation left. If anyone has any tips, or perhaps has failed twice, please tell me about your experiences. Regards.
Just keep trying. If you can control the car without risking others or yourself, you should continue to try the test. It’ll work sometime. I fell through the first time after 30 seconds, because I drove from the TÜV-Gelände without catching me first….in the second run, it worked without any problems.
The examiner said that I have talent and that is absolutely no problem with me. Only because of this stupid speed transfer, he thinks it wasn’t enough for the driver’s license. Did you type for the next time or how did you motivate yourself?
Well, I was motivated by saying that it’s just an hour of testing and I’m allowed to drive for life. And yes, at the speed you should always watch, drive 3-4km/h slower. What’s your car in the exam? You should be able to switch to the digital km/h display on the display, which should already help.
The motivation? Shouldn’t be a problem. just think about the money you’ve spent for the cat. What if? It’s not a big deal nowadays. Focus and look more closely at the tacho. The test is a ride like any other. It’s just 1 passenger on board more than usual!
You’re right, was far too scared before the exam and I lacked confidence
