Internship at school without a criminal record?

Hello, I have a big problem.

I have an internship at school as part of a practical training course at my technical college and need an extended criminal record for this.

In my stupidity, I assumed the school would apply for it on my behalf. I've now received a formal notice from the school that I can present to the public order office, but unfortunately, I somehow misplaced it and can't find it anymore.
My parents and especially my grandma clean my room 100 times a day.

Could I lose my job or not be able to start the internship because of this?

That’s unlikely. If you actually have to arrange the formalities for the query yourself, you will be given an appropriate deadline.

No place there without a guide certificate. As soon as you work with people, social, care, medicine you need to present a guidance certificate. For the next time, you know that you have to apply. The workstations can badly request your data. You have to hand it to them.

In practice, authorities may request such data! Otherwise, applicants may submit such documents. They do not necessarily have to be present at job start.
