No. Perso or Rsp must be.

A driver’s license is not an ID document permitted for this purpose. From 16 you are obliged to own an ID card or passport.

The postman has nothing to do with it. We are still talking about Postident, the procedure can only be completed by entering an ID number.

Not at PostIdent. The identity card must be presented even if the person is personally known. The mail order must record the identification number in the scanner

The postman may indicate, ‘personally known’. But I also said: ‘I am often enough’, that is not always.
