That’s really weird.

Before: neither I am very right – nor bank-in-law, but a family member works in the judiciary and I just asked.

Apart from the fact that the Postbank is the last store (I am there also a client and I want to go away, they have become sooo bad) and I would trust those complete failures that may not have anything to do with you, you might try the following:

At the local court (if you lived in another place in 2020, then call here and in addition in your current place of residence) and connect to the M department / forced execution.

Case signs and asks if they can check if you are registered as a debtor. Then at least you get first hints.

Good

Turn to their customer service and, if not successful, to the consumer center or to a lawyer.
