Hello, I was just about to pick up three parked cars. I was at the post office. It's closed, and it said I needed a card, which I should insert. Which card is it?

You can't pick up packages with a card there (at least not in DE).
I guess there was a current card to pick up money from the vending machine.
You have to appear there when the post has opened (and bring your ID).
