Post office pickup point?
I had a package sent to a pickup location, and according to the tracking information, it was delivered. When will I get a text message letting me pick it up? (Austrian Post)

You don't get SMS, you'll get an email with the pickup code. It comes immediately when the package has been placed in the pick-up station.
You can also retrieve the broadcast status and the pickup code in the mail app.

Then it looks bad, because the delivery to a pick-up station is only possible if the e-mail address (or possibly also the telephone number for the purpose of SMS is given in the package task; I don't know if they offer it) is recorded electronically by the mail. Just writing on the package doesn't help.
