Okay port releases are only for incoming connections, i.e. when you provide a server. Otherwise, this is the problem of the server operator, but since the servers should not be displayed, it should not be. I don’t know about GT7. Some providers block certain services, however, since it will certainly not work in general (thousand is still :D).
