Ich leide an einer sehr starken Pollenallergie welche jedes Jahr stärker wird. Leider helfen bei mir keine Medikamente. Auch eine Hypersensibilisierung hab ich schon mehrere Jahre gemacht ohne Erfolg. Durch eine ffp2 Maske ist es wesentlich besser. Was macht ihr wenn euch Medikamente nicht helfen? Gibt es eine Maske die noch besser vor Pollen schützt als FFp2?

Ich habe blubbernde athemgeräusche und dachte hab ein fremdkörper eingeathmet habe dann circa 20 ml essigesssens getrunken und einziehen lassen in Hals seidem hab ich blubbernde Geräusche beim ausathmen. Ich weiß es war doof aber kann die schleimhaut dauerhafte Schäden genommen haben, weil mit dieser emnge reinige ich meistens mein wasserdichter. Hab jetzt echt etwas…
Wie könnte man sich einen privaten Krankentransport (liegend) organisieren- MIT Schmerzbehandlung dabei (besonders von Bett bis Wagen- das würde fürchterlich wehtun). Gibt es da irgendwelche Adressen, Firmen…., die sowas machen? Und was würde das dann wohl kosten?(schwieriger Transport über Treppe) + Schmerzbehandlung (was würde diese Kosten?, alternativ würde ich halt alles zusammenschreien oder ohnmächtig werden…

FSME masks should be sufficient. They must not let pollen through, or they wouldn’t be FSME masks. I hardly think that more expensive masks help.

Of course not with her asthma she is happy if she gets without air.
She moves into another room for the pollen season so she is further away from the birch of our neighbor. It’s a good thing to do. Besides, she’s more out of the house.
