Call the police because of the night's rest?

Hey

Next to our house is a refugee house, and their balcony is right next to my room. I've told them several times that it's quiet time because they're always talking loudly. And again this evening. I threatened to call the police, and that's what I'm doing. They're always out after 10 p.m., and they don't seem to keep my word. Maybe then they'll have more respect for a uniform.

Is that an exaggeration? Because if there's a foreign house next to ours, then they should be quiet too 😠

Talking is, of course, not prohibited. As long as they do not permanently interlock.

Of course, the police will listen to this before they get up there.

I understand. You’ll never be able to forbid anyone to talk normal.

No,

This is, of course, exaggerated!

That you call the police at night’s sleep disorder, especially at permanent ones!

But in your case, I consider this to be the only correct measure to help you to your right that at night the statutory night rest is maintained that people can find their rest and their sleep!

The night rest is a high good! And not for nothing, the legislature is trying to ensure that from 22.00 in the country there is peace and that people can sleep and not be harmed by self-centric and careless noise-crackers!

Therefore, I support and support your efforts to create this unbearable behavior of these selfish and soulless people from the neck!

Call the police next! I’m on your side!

Good luck!

Greetings and good wishes!

There is no doubt at all that the police are rushing to help with a nightly restless disorder, whatever way! Even if it’s supposed to be “just” talking loudly! What is, of course, bullshit, because loud crawling can no longer be called speaking or talking appropriately! In particular, if this clearly disturbs people in sleep for weeks/months, as with these refugees,

When the police see that these people refuse to adhere to the German laws, which say that from 22.00 noon there is rest and that they have to be quiet, they will be abducted. And if they do not moderate, other sides are raised from the police side!

It is not true at all that the German police in such a crime, such as nightly disorders caused by asylum seekers, nciht intervenes. When it comes up, they have a criminal complaint on their neck, especially when they are still posing against police orders!

So you should be sure of your rights as a German citizen and use them for DI and keep an eye on their stupidity! After all, until you have a citizen of our state and enjoy its protection. And the others, the asylum seekers, are not even guests, but only patience – if at all! So, sit through and to the Wehr! I can give you another advice! Lb. Greeting Regilindis

I find it unimportant who lives there if they can talk you can’t do anything, they would throw a party if it were something else

It depends. Sure, if you need to get out early in the morning and you need your sleep, which isn’t too close to the window, and you’ve already asked for a few more considerations/hear, the police can come here before. But it’s probably gonna be good for a while and then it’s probably going to go again.

In my place, there’s a security service in the shelter for refugees, if there’s anything else with you, then you could find the conversation there if they can keep an eye on the noise level.

Call the police. There are rest periods and everyone has to stick to it. We have a similar problem here and there’s nothing going on except police.

Jawoll.. If there’s a foreigner’s house… what a discriminatory word choice. Of course you can call the police.

Sorry, but you don’t make friends with your beaten sentences. Keule swings through the Neandertal. I’m going to work, my neighbors are foreigners and don’t go to work. Why? Because they can’t

You haven’t done anything yet in life, but you’re driven by envy. Whoever has you as a neighbor is punished. As long as the inhabitants of the Auslaenderhaus do not celebrate a party on the balcony, you as a resident of a German house have no reason to call the police. And cigarettes can also be smoked unpunished on his balcony.

Just for a better understanding of my answer to you:

Btw: Have you ever thought of learning correct German with spelling and grammar?

At your age, you are already finished with it, but you are not so bio-German. How would you know if I woehle and what I woehle?

If the wind is favorable, you could accidentally spill on your balcony “Liquid Ass” and close your balcony door/window.

Either you know “Liquid Ass” not and/or you didn’t understand my contribution.

My question was not answered, tells me that the ones on their balcony just talk. That’s why you don’t call the police, and that’s not a disorder.

Depending on police, one can logically always call, how “loud” it really is none of them and guess

What’s so bad about speeches? Did you open your window in the evening? You owe yourself.

And what’s so bad if jmd wants to sleep in the night? Just when you get out early and want to be fit? FS wrote “loud” talking. If it were room liquity, it would probably not be a problem.

If you leave the window and hear it, it’s her problem. Then she has to close the window. If it’s still too loud, she can complain to the police.

I asked her if she opened the window, but she doesn’t think it’s necessary to answer it. It would have been a way to solve the problem by yourself without wasting unnecessary tax money.

And how do you get the info with the open window?
