Police call me to the station?

Hello

The police sent me a letter at home stating that I had to come to the station with my car and driver's license. The letter stated that the engine was revving when starting off, making avoidable noise, and the music was too loud as I drove past. However, my windows were up, and the car is a Mercedes-Benz AMG A45s. I was in Sport+, but I wasn't driving too fast or anything, and normally the police would stop me if they suspected tuning. What can I expect? (SWITZERLAND)

If you are not aware of your fault and the vehicle is in the proper condition, you simply drive and introduce the treasure.

And if it’s not in a state of order, you should go to the workshop and let it be judged. You have to go to the police either way or so, otherwise it doesn’t take long and you’re a pedestrian.

The compliance of charges is usually voluntary, at least legally.

I’d ask a lawyer if you really should go.

As a rule, such charges are voluntary. If you don’t go and there’s no warrant, the police can’t do anything.

In Switzerland, the police should be very strict. They’re taking the car away from evidence. Driving ban and fine.

This is not enough for that.

The driver’s license is drawn in that car is confiscated and you’re coming to jail.

How do we know?

I don’t know what the Swiss police are allowed to do, I’ve read something that they can take a vehicle in, you’d be to delete the license

but there is nothing that the car is not in the original state.
