Hello, I ride a full 70cc setup with a loud sound and 12 hp. My carburetor has a manual choke. If the police stop me, I have the right to a test bench, but what happens if they can't start the scooter? I live in a big city. Do I have a chance of getting through the checkpoint? So far, I've been more inclined to accelerate when I hear blue lights (only if the license plate is fake).
