PM Magazine – Article 90s/early 2000s?

Dear swarm intelligence,

I'm studying neuroscience in Hesse and am looking for an article from an older PM magazine (possibly a special edition) about stimulants that were only available in the USA at the time and that the editor himself tested.

The report is about non-prescription active ingredients that reduce fatigue and stimulate creativity. Unfortunately, I only heard about the article from word of mouth, so I only have this information.

Does anyone have any idea which issue of PM Magazine from the 90s or early 2000s this could be (before I start searching the DNB archives).
