Suddenly not hungry again – Is it normal not to be hungry for days when you're stressed?

On November 21st, I was still hungry in the afternoon. But I only ate two apples for various reasons.

Yesterday I wasn't hungry in the morning. Then I had another stressful situation. As a result, I didn't feel hungry all day.

I'm not feeling hungry today either. I'm fasting again at lunch because I don't want to eat what's being served. There's nothing decent for dinner either. So today will probably be another fasting day.

Yesterday's situation will cause me stress until Monday or Tuesday. Probably even longer.

I try to drink a lot of sugary drinks.

But I'm not hungry.

Is it normal to not be hungry for days because of stress?

Lunch
fast I will

No, in your situation, it is not the norm that you eat even less, as we have already calculated how long it will take when it goes on with the sub-calorie food until you have reached the underweight and threatens forced nutrition.

You must be aware of that if you have eaten only 2 apples for “diverse” reasons despite appetite, this was a conscious act of you and then contributes to weight loss.

Would you like to test your limits? Before that I advise you, through the searches we know what could happen to you and I am sure you don’t want to expose and deliver to it.

Even if there is nothing “Gescheites”, you should eat, you know what’s at stake.

Your strict food carence reduces the stomach and, of course, the appetite decreases.

But yes, even by stress, one of the appetites can pass.

Various things, such as restlessness in the room or problems with food, etc.

Try to get into another room and prepare the foods that do good to your gall and pancreas, regulate your weight.

Talk to your supervisor, please.

I hope you’ll be hungry again soon.

Good for you.

Yeah, stress strikes the stomach and it seems that you can’t eat hunger and nothing.

Yeah, that’s how many people do. The blood supply to the stomach is reduced, everything goes into circulation, blood pressure etc. Others drink literal coffee.

Some then feed on to regulate the stress. It’s worse. They’re drinking here and there, unhealthy.

Come on – without notice – only next to it – at times 2,000 kcal they didn’t even like (yet) and were not fed. You remember and you’re still ssuering on yourself. What to force is also counterproductive and is stress again.

You need some good alternatives, and solid rituals/times that need to be fixed. So you can get down right at least in the evening. I have and need the really, the complete switch.

What crispy must also be fun and timely fit, not so hard. Nuts, yogurts (with fruit, flakes, oats etcpp), dairy… I’m sure there’s something at Christmas time. Together with colleagues

Unfortunately, the FS is stationary and does not have the opportunity to regulate things themselves, the maintainer should use more, even in terms of nutrition.

Yeah, he’s trying to get him dressed. I’m sure he’ll leave for the therapy and social service “They do it already,” and he’s calm. However, it is nevertheless a good possibility to form skill chains. In the evening, they also have sleeping teas. Such solid drinking rituals e.g.

Yes, that can be quite possible. One reason to come down again to relax or chill like you’ve seen today.

Yes – that can happen; in other people, on the other hand, it’s very different: they are stuffed with stress…

But why do you have stress? I thought you were in psychic treatment and have support from doctors?
