Suddenly severe stomach/abdominal pain?

Hello,

I lay down in bed, used my phone for a bit, and then wanted to sleep, but suddenly, out of nowhere, I felt pain in my lower abdomen. The pain kept getting worse. I've been sitting in the bathroom for an hour and don't know what to do. My child is asleep, and I can't ask anyone for help at 3 a.m. Does anyone have any idea what I could do?
