Suddenly very weak, infection?
If you were fit the day before and suddenly feel very weak and sluggish the day after, is that likely an infectious disease?
But I must also say that the first symptoms had been there for a long time, such as a tightness in the throat and a gag reflex that was getting worse and worse.
And now it got particularly bad, including extreme weakness.
Is it possible that I have had an infection for a long time that has been getting worse?
The doctor isn't quite sure what it is either.

In 2019, I got from one to the other day, by which I was fiercely bruising my boss, an absolute weakness, all my muscles and joints were stiff, I could hardly move, I was extremely weak, could hardly speak, was short-breathed and powerless.
My pediatrician said I was depressed. What was also partly true, because due to this extreme weakness over days, I became depressed from now on.
I found a very great doctor in a pain center. There I “surrected” myself.
In the end, I had the diagnosis of fibromyalgia. This is not measurable in the blood values. They were okay.
I stopped smoking, didn’t drank coffee anymore, blew sugar from my life, fed me vegan, no alcohol. This quickly made it much better.
In addition, I got antidepressants, as they also regulate the pain sensation. Which also helped.
I also did – at my own expense – an iron+B12 infusion therapy (1x month) because my iron value was at the border. This brought me another big piece.
I was again pain-free after a few months, had my drive back and the depressive symptoms were gone.
I know today that stress and excessive physical exertion can “feed” me back into a fibro thrust and so I avoid this and try to lead a balanced life.

I’ve been abandoned for a long time.
You can do that if it’s your way of dealing with it. If you’ve done this, it may not be a challenge if you’re going to a pain center like me. There are specialists, all in one place. I’m very sure it can be treated there.
