Plötzlich keine Sehkraft?

Also in letzter Zeit ca Monaten.

Wer hat das auch ?

Was hilft?

Wie kann ich mit der Panik umgehen?

Wünsche euch einen schönen Sonntag noch.

What helps?

To let the ophthalmologist clarify the cause and to avoid unnecessary risks such as driving. Imagine that happens on the left track of the highway and right is full. Where do you want to park if you don’t see anything?

How can I handle the panic?

By avoiding risky situations and clarifying the cause in time. It can be extremely soothing to have Nen names and the info as it goes on.

So I can imagine that with lenses. Most likely if the lens(s) is aspherical. Then it can happen that it turns on the eye, and one sees it inconspicuous. This can happen when the eyes are dry, for example, because you do not blink too little, or you are sitting in draft air (car, ventilation…?), or because it does not fit so 100%.

With too dry eyes, the whole lens can also slide and “stick” on the cornea. You can also feel it as a “breathing body”. It helps to clean eye drops to moisten.

With glasses it should not happen. If it also occurs -> to the ophthalmologist.

You should go to the ophthalmologist.

And NO AUTOFAHREN MORE! It’s really dangerous if you can’t park. This can be fatal very quickly for you and other ends. So no excuses from, “Don’t have a choice.”

You can handle the panic. 1. Hold on something with both hands and sit on the ground. You can’t go anywhere. Then close your eyes and focus on your breathing. You know you can see again after some time, so wait for it. As long as you hold with hands, feet, butt and possibly back ground contact. That’s not how you’re moving.

Very good.

Then have as much wall and ground contact as you can.

At least stand and call your little one to you. Always have them when you’ve been out with you. If you can’t see anything, you can’t see what’s with your little one.

See that you have someone with you for security who also has an eye on your daughter. Neighbours and especially pensioners can be very helpful

Make an appointment tomorrow and show how urgent this is.

What you can do about going to an ophthalmologist and telling him!

Such suddenly occurring health disorders have a cause, and they can only be diagnosed safely by a doctor – not here on GF!
