Hello, I have a new computer that I need to plot on for work, but it doesn't have a COM port.
Now I got one from the USB cable.
The computer recognizes the cable but not the plotter no matter what I do and every time I want to cut in the program the program just freezes.

Hi, Our printer hasn't been working since today. When we plug it into the power outlet, the display and buttons light up briefly, and half a second later everything goes dark again. Does anyone have any idea what we can do or is the printer broken?
Right driver installed to the cable? Right Com-Port selected? Ggf Parity, Baudrate ect customized?
Some programs do not like any USB-Com adapter, because there are different chips (FTDI, PLxxxx, CH340 ect)… Try, read in forums or ask manufacturers if necessary…
