Hi, I had concert tickets for Playboi Carti on November 29th, 2023 in Cologne for the Antagonist tour and now a friend sent me the photo & people are saying the same thing on TT and Instagram, but I can't find anything on Google and I haven't found anything from him either, is that true or is it just a rumor?

Ticketmaster and Eventim will notify the appointment by email as soon as it is fixed.
If you can’t wait on the new date or don’t want to wait until then, you’ll be able to return your tickets where you bought them.
But you have to wait until Ticketmaster or Eventim send you an email that says the return is now released.
In the same mail, you can also see how the return is handled accurately.
