Pizza without bottom heat?

Hey everyone, I have a quick question. I want to make my own pizza at home (with dough, etc.). However, I have a problem… My oven isn't working properly anymore. The top heat is working normally, but the bottom heat isn't. Will the pizza still turn out well? What do you think?🥲

pizza needs a lot of heat from below so rather difficult…

evtl works like this:

  1. Teig individually baked
  2. the upper side is then probably more cherry than the lower
  3. turn around the pre-baked teig so that the crocheted side lies down
  4. now you can occupy the new upper side
  5. if you now make the pizza in the ones, the upper side will also be

no guarantee that it works this way but so I would probably have made it 😅

We always bake you with air circulation 190°C. If you can, you can try it instead

Just bake the dough with the sauce shortly before you finally deposit it and bake it. That should work.

Small tip: If air is still working, use this!

No. In a normal oven it never gets good or reaches your oven at least 300 degrees? In a broken oven it’s not quite possible.

It’s difficult. Either bake the dough and turn it several times. Or use a pizza stone and heat it long before.

In any case, preheat the oven well! Calzone Pizza could also go, but also turn here several times.

Hello,

only helps to renew the heating coil below.

No, it won’t. The dough will remain soaky. And up there it will be black.

Uses air recirculation

it’s a good thing.

You will see and experience that. It can be that the dough at the bottom does not even become and only the lining is crumbling. You have to count on that.

Then take air.
