I fitted my visor with Pinlock today, and it cracked as soon as I put it in. When I raise and lower the visor, it also cracks slightly (like bending bulletproof glass). Is this normal? Will it stop after a while?

No, that's not normal. You need to align the pins on the sides so that the Pinlock sits flush with the visor.
The cracking noise could also be coming from the visor mechanism. Remove it and reattach it. Make sure the visor is properly engaged.
Naja die Pins kann man ja nicht „bewegen“ und an der visiermechanik kann es definitiv nicht liegen weil es nicht geknackt hatte als ich das pinlock noch nicht drauf hatte
