Muss man dann vor den anderen pinkeln?

Never been on a mountain tour that lasts up to 15 hours.
It’s very exhausting and they’re sweating everything out.
But I don’t think everything, do I?
Of course not but if you sweat strongly you just have to go to the toilet every few hours
