Pimples under the skin on hands?
Hello, today I noticed a strong itch in my hand and felt these two pimples under the skin. Does anyone know what this could be? Thank you.

Why do I sleep better on weekends than during the week?
During the week, I wake up at least 1-3 times a night and can't get back to sleep. On weekends, I always sleep for 7 hours straight and wake up again right after 7 hours. While that's not exactly ideal, it's better than nothing. What could be causing this?

I've been tearing the skin off my nails for years. I sometimes do it unconsciously. It's gotten to the point where it starts to bleed and hurt. Sometimes it gets infected because the skin was torn off too deeply. Does anyone know what I can do about it or why I do it?
