Forgot the pill and need to change it?
Hello! Can someone please help me? I've already tried to contact my gynecologist, but he's currently out of the office due to family reasons.
I took the first pill from the new blister pack (Bilinda) on July 12th. However, I forgot my pill on July 28th, and I didn't have sex for the 10 days prior. After that, I used a condom as an additional contraceptive.
Now I have to change my pill: from Bilinda to Selina.
I would have taken the 7-day break now and used a condom during that time. I will also use a condom during the first week of the new pill.
Am I doing this wrong? Could I already be pregnant? Please help me.

Why everything is different only in combination pills with the gestagen chlormadinone acetate, hardly anyone can…
You can only get pregnant in case of an error in the first week if you have a retroactive effect (i.e. from back sex).
And whether the protection is at all endangered in the event of an error in the third week (from the 15th pill) and an additional prevention for 7 days is necessary, even women’s doctors are denied.
Damage can’t.
Leave the break and hang on the new pill. Then you are safe and protected faster.
Happy for you!
What happens if I take a 7-day break anyway? Do I get my period normal, or could it not be?
As a rule, you get the hormone withdrawal bleeding during the break, after all, your body doesn’t know anything about getting other hormones soon. However, the bleeding can also be unfounded.
The manufacturer’s recommendation is to change without a break, but also with it you are protected if there is no mistake.
But that’s not quite clear to you – that’s why you would definitely be protected faster without a break.
I don’t think you could be pregnant. I’d just do the way you do it and be good.
