Pille nach einem Monat Pause wieder anfangen?
Hallo zusammen ich bräuchte mal eure Erfahrungen🙈.
Ich habe die Pille abgesetzt um zu schauen ob meine Panikattacken daher kommen und jetzt möchte ich sie nach einem Monat Pause wieder nehmen.
Das Problem ist das sich meine Periode durch das absetzen verschoben hat und ich nun schon 2 Wochen überfällig bin und keine Ahnung habe wann ich sie wieder bekomme (Schwangerschaftstest negativ).
Muss ich mit der neuaufnahme der Pille warten bis ich meine Periode wieder habe oder gibt es andere Möglichkeiten ?
Ich freue mich auf eure Erfahrungen 🙂

Hello, you can also start with the pill on any other cycle day. However, it is then necessary to additionally prevent at least 7 days. How many days exactly, this is in the package leaflet (depending on the pill there are differences here).
What is important is that after such a short break, you are completely prevented during the whole first blister. Not only 7 days.
