Pill and time difference?

Hello,

I always take my pill (Aristelle) at 7 pm here in Germany.
I'm flying to India this weekend and there's a time difference of +4.5 hours.

When do I take my pill in India? Also at 7:00 PM local time in India or 7:00 PM local time in Germany (which is 11:30 PM in India).

Your uterus/egg sticks do not know any time shift.

(the body already – clear).

The distance from one pill to another is crucial. You need to look at the instructions to which extent the protection is good. A little adjustment is certainly a pill. You have to think of the way back. I think I'd move 1-2 hours from India forward, depending on your free time behavior. And in Germany. the same other way back.

But as I said, this also gives your packaging supplement. It's massive when you go back and forth, not my ideas.

As long as you don't have a 12h time shift, you take it at the usual time.

Or do you have a pill that only allows 3h difference?
