Piekser im Braten?

Habe gestern beim Metzger einen Rollbraten gekauft. Im Fleisch steckt ein Plastik Pikser. Kann mir jemand sagen für was der ist ?! Bleibt der beim Backen drin !?

Know this from the chicken that the pokser remains in and the lid almost pops up when the meat is at all.

I only know this with a wooden toothpick. He stays in there so that the fryer doesn’t roll. I would do plastic out. You can’t ask the butcher today.

I’d guess he’s holding the rollerbow in shape.

I would tie the frying with a suitable cord and remove the pekser
