Pimples moving?

Hey, I have these weird red spots on my back and also on the upper part of my shoulder. Does anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them? When I stroke my back with my hand, I can feel the spots, and on some of them, you can see little light yellow/white things. If you scratch them, I don't need a doctor's answer, because I have an appointment in May, and that won't help me. I look forward to your answers and help!
