am besten nicht ausquetschen. Im dm kannst du dir Pickel-Patches kaufen, die klebst du über Nacht da drauf. Am nächsten Morgen ziehst du das dann einfach ab und wirfst es weg. Bei mir hilft es immer.

Sieht so aus als hättest du neben Pickeln auch aknemale also würde ich dir von Loreal ein Serum gegen aknemale und zur Vorbeugung von Pickeln empfehlen. Das ist in einer türkisen Packung und es hilft echt sehr gut. Ich meine es kostet 6,95 im dm. Sehr helfend auf jeden Fall.
Wir haben geholfen: Babylove waschlotion, physiogel, das ist hypoallergen und symbiolact comp. Das regeneriert die darmflora . Ist aber nicht billig.
