Piaggio Ciao moped tuning?

Hello, my Piaggio Ciao moped (without Vario) is running quite well now:

12/12 carburetor, 50mm jet, Sito Plus exhaust, 80mm pulley, Malossi air filter

GPS measured 51 km/h flat road

What else can I change without damaging the original engine? Will the 50cc "racing cylinder heads" or "racing cylinders" help? I read something about "boost bottles" today.

I want 55-60 km/h top speed and better traction.

All that makes at the ignition does not change the final speed. Better turn it up faster when you start. That's all I can't tell you about.

Well, because a racing cylinder is not allowed for the road.. as the name already says only for racing purposes. Therefore, it doesn't matter whether you are building a 50cc, 70cc, 80cc or 100cc. the penalty will remain the same as you are traveling with an unauthorized cylinder. In any case, this is so here in Austria, but I think it will not be different in Germany because it is EU laws.

You can't do anything in the papers. If you have a permit for special changes, then of course that's okay. Where you do not need permission if it has an E-mark that has been specially created for "your" vehicle model.

Boostbottle is only marketing and brings nothing or nothing minimum depending on how the rest is set.

50ccm racing cylinder doesn't bring anything, I'd stay with the original cylinder. From 75ccm you can count on extra performance, but then you can count on punishment when you get caught.

Speaking of when you get caught with a 50ccm racing cylinder, you will be punished just as much as with a 75-100ccm. You have to decide if it's worth it.

Otherwise you can look at the airbox or exchange air filters.
