Physics problem on work and energy?

How do I calculate the speed at 3?

How do I solve 2. using calculation methods?

What happens at 4?

How do I calculate 5th and 6th?

I'm preparing for an advanced physics class, but I've been sick for a long time, so I don't understand these problems at all. Can someone explain to me how to proceed with the math?

you take the spring constant, stretch around the specified path and calculate the stored energy W-Feder=1/2*c*s^2 … W-Feder is converted into kinetic energy.

at 3: also here calculate the clamping energy and it git m*g*h = w-feder, the firing speed again increases with W-feder = 1/2 * m * v^2

the 4: m*g*h = 1/2 * m * v^2, change to v and that was

the 5 m*g*h = 1/2 * m * v^2 and v after v, which results in vy (senkrecht) in addition vx (waagrecht) and in the impact point applies:

Total = root (vx^2+vy^2)

Thread pendulum… calculate the raised height at the deflection point and again the energy set applies.
