At UV light, the wavelength is small and the frequency is high.

The 4th is also correct, the 2nd and 5th are wrong.

UV light has a wavelength of 380-100 nm, blue has a wavelength of about 400-380 nm.

UV light thus has a smaller wavelength than blue and thus also a greater frequency.

You only see it indirectly. But the definition of ultraviolet light is that the wavelength is smaller than the visible range.
