Should be easy, you have a distance of 7000m and a constant acceleration.
Probably you can take half of the speed to calculate that as the acceleration is constant.

You should probably normalize the units of distance and speed (7km).

So search for correct formula, enter values you know and then change the formula.

You need two formulas:

  • = 1/2 x a x t2
  • v = a x t <=> a = v = t

Now you put the second in the first and receive:

  • s = 1/2 x (v/t) x t2
