Ergometers are used for this. In the breathing device wear test at the fire brigade, a certain performance must be provided for a certain time. 2.5 watts per kg body weight if I remember correctly.

I’d say the muscle power would be physically the easiest.

But for everything, one needs some kind of biology, one should know how the body is structured for a reasonable task of physics, because one would need the information.

Or you can find them.

Wait times a task is mega simple reaction test, ruler one lets it fall the other must catch the seconds in between.

I don’t know if it’s a real physics task.

You run so fast You can climb a mountain (or stairs). You can easily calculate the work done from body mass and height difference. Then divided by time: performance.
