Physics traction trailer?

Does anyone know how to calculate the problem? A train has three trailers, each weighing 22 tonnes. Trailer 1 has a speed of 1.2 m/s^. What is the force exerted by trailer 1 on 2? It would be nice if you could explain the formula to me.

Force is mass times acceleration

So…

Two trailers (hangers 2 and trailers 3) are to be accelerated

F = 2 * 22000kg * 1,2m/s^2

Yes, but that’s true trailer 2 is connected to trailer 3 you can imagine trailer 2 as if it’s a twice as heavy trailer (hanger 3 falls away)
