If on the phone is more difficult and Photoshop doesn’t exist, you can try picsart at most. But in most cases, this looks totally unreal anyway, because the lighting conditions are different and you certainly have posing quite differently. Then you need advanced techniques such as Puppet Warp and Clone stamp, which are more difficult for a Newbie.

Why don’t you just put on the sweater again and take another picture like the one you want? Probably easier and more realistic.

Provided that both photos show you from the same perspective and with the same light conditions, you could expose the sweater and add it to a new transparent level on the target photo ind appropriately scale. The subtleties can be painted. NET (for Windows) via an effect plugin called Grid Warp “to tap” until it comes to cover with the original.

There are other variants, but that’s going too far. I don’t know mobile apps.
